On 31st March 2010, Narodowe Centrum Sportu Sp. z o.o. announced an open tender for providing hardware and software necessary to manage IT network for the National Stadium in Warsaw.
The subject-matter of the tender is to deliver, install and launch active hardware, install systems and tool software and conduct project and programmer work in order to create an IT network for the National Stadium in Warsaw.
“This tender is very important for the operation of the National Stadium in Warsaw and, therefore, we will make all efforts to ensure that the supplier selected in the tender guarantees completion of the task at the highest possible level. Due to the special nature of the National Stadium, which combines sport and commercial functions (offices and conference rooms), the computer network is one of the fundamental elements of the facility equipment”, emphasizes Robert Wojtaś, President of the Tender Commission, Vice-President of the Management Board, Director of Project and Organization Management of UEFA EURO 2012™.

Poniatowskiego 1, from 8 AM to 8 PM, after information about the tender has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The ToR can also be downloaded from the Contracting Party’s website using the PUBLIC PROCUREMENT tab. The announcement was sent for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union on 31st March 2010.
The tender bond amounts to 500,000.00 PLN. The tender offers will be assessed based on the following criterion – gross price of the completion of 100% of the order. Dates of order completion are from 5th July to 31st July 2012. The deadline for submitting tender offers expires on 10th May 2010 at 3 PM. Bids will be opened on 10th May 2010 at 3:15 PM at the Contracting Party’s office at al. Księcia J. Poniatowskiego 1.
