Take part in the fourth edition of the virtual tour around the construction site of the National Stadium in Warsaw created on 10th May 2010. The latest edition enables you to visit 23 different places! It documents how the work has advanced up to 10th May 2010. The main attraction of the tour is a panorama that makes it possible to see the amazing view the fans will have when cheering in the stands.
The virtual tour begins in a place open to everyone – Poniatowski Bridge. For a few months now from here it has been possible to observe the emerging reinforced concrete construction of the facility. The western stand has now reached its destined height. A few photos present the continuing work on the external promenade. This is where the installation of the steel roof construction and external cascade stairs leading to the top promenade has begun. Finally, with just one click, you can enter the Stadium interior. In comparison with last month, substantial progress can be seen. Three caterpillar cranes working on the surface of the future pitch (level -2) building the stands from prefabricated elements. But the greatest development can be seen at the lowest levels of the stands where installation and finishing work is intensively conducted. You may take a look at one of these places located at level -2. The work completing two show rooms – one- and two- module VIP boxes – is still underway at level +1.
