The third edition of a virtual tour around the construction site of the National Stadium in Warsaw, was made on April 12, 2010.
The latest edition of the virtual tour gives you the opportunity to see the construction site of the National Stadium in Warsaw from as many as 16 different locations!
Begin your tour at one of the currently highest points of the Stadium, at level +3, which reveals an impressive view of the constructed facility. The order of the following panoramic photographs is now in your hands. You can see how two cranes, weighing several hundred tons each, work on the future football field (level -2) installing prefabricated elements of the stands. Then, stand in the middle of the field, see the progress of installing reinforced concrete construction of the main tunnel or take a look at a place located under the recently installed elements of the stands.
This enormous and rapidly progressing investment can be observed in a few photographs made from the western and northern stands (levels -1, 0, +1, +2 and +3). During the tour, there is a panorama of 72 reinforced concrete foundations with their bases ready for installation of the steel column construction. You will also see the nearly finished part of the external promenade (level 0) from the side of Wybrzeże Szczecińskie Street and the broad view from level +3of the Warsaw skyline.
The virtual tour includes 360° panoramic views of the National Stadium in Warsaw, which are in fact interactive visualizations that make it possible to move in any direction. In addition, it is possible to come closer to a selected element or move away from it. As a result, every view gives the impression of being inside a displayed location.
Navigation between panoramas is extremely user-friendly. Just place your mouse cursor on a photo and, by pressing the left button, move the cursor in the desired direction. To see a better view, switch the panorama to the full screen mode using one of the buttons available in the presentation. To navigate, use the red hot-spots each of which displays a different view from a different location.
